Highly recommend. Hurry 4 Curry was parked at Fritz Family Brewers in Niwot on Thursday. I had the chicken vindaloo which was excellent. I ordered a level 4 (out of 5) spice, and it was just right. 5 would've definitely been too much for me. Next time I might do a 3 to mellow it out a bit. The flavor was very good, rich, and multi-layered. The portion size was large. I was hungry so I ate it all, but on a normal night I could see eating half and saving the rest as leftovers. I look forward to trying more of the dishes. The food was fast, but not so fast that it felt like it was just sitting there ready in advance. Check it out! Hurry 4 Curry is amazing. Soooo delicious. We had the samosas, butter naan, chicken tika masala and vegetable korma. All of it was fantastic. The naan was tender and crispy, the chicken was tender and not at all chewy/tough. The veg Korma had wonderful fresh veggies in it. The style is southern India with a touch of Nepal.
