Let me start off by saying I’m not much of a sushi person. However this place honestly makes me want to try some. I bought my best friend here for her birthday and she loved everything she ate. Not only did we get sat within seconds of walking through the door but the staff were so polite and welcoming. Our food came out so quick. I think we were only there for about an hour. Been going there 2-4 times a month since I found this place at the beginning of the year. BEST SUSHI IN FORT WAYNE! And I tried them all. The owner knows his stuff. Great friendly guy, gave my buddy and I a shot of sake once. I always get tonkotsu ramen with the playboy roll and occasionally I’ll spice it up with the weekly market special. 10/10 highly recommend. I've visited this resturant multiple times over the past 2 years. They have updated their menu to help people decide what to order. They offer many specials for order inculding limited services of fish. At this time I was about a day after they sold out of Uni, but the fatty tuna is ALWAYS great! Defiantly reccommend coming here, the staff is very friendly and treat you like family. This is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant. Everytime I go I leave so impressed. The food taste fresh and is delicious, the staff is kind and personable, and the atmosphere is calm and cool. This is our new #1 sushi spot in Fort Wayne! Ever since the first visit we were hooked. Everything is so fresh and tasty. We got to talk to the friendly owner and they ship some of their fish from Japan! We are so blessed to have a great sushi place in Fort Wayne and I hope they stay busy! My recommendations are the nigiri if you want to taste real sushi. The seared scallop nigiri and seared tuna nigiri are the best. Can’t go wrong with matcha fried ice cream at the end. My son is 11 and autistic. He wanted to experience a Japanese restaurant and we chose this one. He absolutely LOVES this place. The entire staff is warm and inviting. The chef spoke with him because my son wore a chef hat and wants to be a chef. They welcome him every time he comes and even made him a super cute orange. We highly recommend this place!!
